The Master of Management (MM) Study Program, FBE Ubaya is one of the Graduate studies (S2) in the management field (identical to business administration) held by the Ubaya. MM Ubaya has 5 (five) concentrations, namely Creative Marketing, Human Capital Development, Investment Management, Operations Management & Logistics, and Strategic Management. The MM Ubaya curriculum was prepared by involving business practitioners by adjusting the latest business environment conditions.

One of the Pioneers of the Master of Management Program at Private Universities
MM Ubaya is one of the first 4 MM Programs organized by private universities. The permission to conduct the MM Study Program was obtained on 16 October 1992 with S.K. Minister of Education and Culture Decree No.435/DIKTI/Kep/1992.
An Up-to-Date Curriculum with Comprehensive Facilities
MM Ubaya implements an up-to-date curriculum, facilitates students with complete facilities and infrastructure, and professional teaching staff. All MM students receive textbook facilities, dinner, access to international journals, student leadership clubs, and other very modern facilities.
National and International Recognition
MM Ubaya has also been recognized by industry and professional design associations both nationally and internationally. MM Ubaya was accredited Excellent (A) by the Indonesian National Accreditation Board (BAN-PT) and accredited by international institutions, namely ABEST-21 and AASBI. In addition, the MM Ubaya curriculum is also recognized internationally by being a member of the AACSB, AAPBS, APMMI, ACD-MBA, and other international institutions.
International Opportunities through Exchange Programs
MM Ubaya students can also carry out student exchange programs to several partner universities abroad.
