The Management Department is one of the favorite departments with the largest number of students and alumni at Ubaya.
The Management Department has recorded a long history with various outstanding achievements, one of which is maintaining its accreditation with the highest "A" score from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) since 2009.
Moreover, student achievements in winning various competitions, both at national and international levels, clearly prove the students' ability to compete with other universities.
The Management Department has 5 (five) concentrations:
- Marketing Management
- Entrepreneurship and Human Resources Empowerment
- Finance, Investment and Financial Intermediation
- Business Network Management
- Tourism and Service Management.
